RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your order. Please understand that all of our jewelry is made custom to order so we do not keep an inventory of premade jewelry. If there is a mistake, incorrect ring size, or issue with the setting, we are happy to exchange or replace it if returned within two weeks of receipt.
If you just decide that you do not want it, we will accept returns/exchanges but we will charge a 20% fee to cover our costs (jewelry, stone, and shipping). Simply return the jewelry back to us at PO Box 51, Lehi, Utah 84043 with instructions on what you would like to do.
